Meet the Founder

David Arnost

I started Autodite because I’ve watched businesses lose enormous amounts of time to tasks that should never need a person to do them.

I spent over five years in Sales and Marketing at Nissan, Genesis, and Hyundai, working across customer services, sales operations, strategy, and product marketing. The systems were built for a different era. The work was often data-heavy: pulling from databases, building reports by hand, and assembling presentations that would be out of date before they were finished.

In Sales Operations, one recurring job refused to get easier. Every quarter, I built a full dealer review deck from scratch - pulling data, formatting tables, assembling it slide by slide. Fifteen hours of work, every single time. So I taught myself to automate it. The same job took ten minutes.

That wasn’t the end of it. A monthly report that had taken five hours started running in thirty minutes, and landed eleven days earlier than it used to. I’d gone from dreading certain weeks to barely noticing them.

The tools available today make what I figured out back then dramatically faster, more powerful, and accessible to any business without a dedicated technical team. I work exclusively with tools built to be understood by business people, not developers. I came to this as a business person myself, and that’s exactly the position I work from with every client: you do not need a technical background, and you don’t need to know where your time is going. Not at all. The businesses that benefit most are small teams without a dedicated IT department: trades, health and wellness, professional services, retail. You don’t need to be technical. You just need to be spending time on tasks that repeat.
We spend 60 minutes together walking through your typical working week. You’ll fill in a short questionnaire beforehand so we make the most of the session. Within a week you’ll have a written report with three to five specific recommendations, what each one would save you, and how to get started.
That’s a good starting point. The audit will identify gaps in what you’re using, make sure you’re getting full value from what you’ve already paid for, and surface the higher-impact opportunities you might have missed.
The audit report is delivered within one week of your session. If you go ahead with the Full Automation build, most implementations are complete within three to six weeks. Some recommendations you’ll be able to act on yourself the same week.
We build the automations identified in your audit: setting up the tools, connecting your systems, and testing everything before handover. We’ll walk you through how it works, and we’re available for 30 days afterwards if anything needs adjusting.
Every recommendation includes a clear rationale and, where relevant, an alternative approach. The audit is expert analysis, not a guarantee, but every recommendation is designed to be realistic and actionable for a business of your size.
